We are delighted to announce our collaboration with Suki Pantal, a culinary educator, aspiring cookbook author, and founder of Suki’s Curries and Spices, for an exceptional Indian night on April 4th. Suki has curated an exquisite Indian menu for the event, showcasing authentic, homemade and regional recipes that promise to tantalize taste buds, to be prepared and presented to you by our talented team, of chefs lead by Harry Milbourne. Suki and our team have worked hard to seamlessly blends her Indian heritage and our culinary expertise to bring the vibrant world of Indian cuisine to life on the day.

In 2022, Suki participated in the television series- The Great Cookbook Challenge with Jamie Oliver on Channel 4, showcasing her exquisite Old Delhi’s Butter Chicken dish. Renowned for conducting virtual cookery classes and food festival demonstrations, Suki’s company, Suki’s Curries and Spices, is a culinary hub bringing the rich tapestry of Indian flavours to Worcestershire and beyond. Raised in New Delhi, Suki’s upbringing immersed in the aromatic and diverse flavours of Indian cuisine shines through in her culinary creations. She possesses a passion for cooking, teaching, and writing about the diverse regional recipes from India, a passion we are thrilled to share with our patrons.
